The ginseng ulun is also called "Jade" because of similarity of granules of ready tea to this stone esteemed in China. Other, less famous name Ginseng of an Ulun — Lan Gui Ren. Lan Gui Ren make on the basis of yuzhnofutszyansky ulun.
By production the Ginseng of an ulun is used not only a root of a ginseng, and mix from several curative plants. Most often the company to a ginseng is kept by a glycyrrhiza and a holly broad-leaved, it — kudin.
According to the most widespread manufacturing techniques the Ginseng of an ulun, a fresh root of a ginseng dry up on the sun, and then mill in powder. At this stage add other herbs to a ginseng. Then the tea leaf falls off in this powder and is twisted, taking a characteristic form of issinya-green granules. The size of granules or "stones" depends on a grade and quality of initial raw materials.
Color of ready infusion the Ginseng of an ulun in the beginning golden and emerald, in process of a zavarivaniye passing into amber. Taste is bright, slightly knitting, spicy, with fruit shades and the expressed sweet of aftertaste in which notes of a ginseng and a glycyrrhiza dominate. Aroma with gentle flower tones and easily recognizable, zhenshenevy note.
