Zernoochistitelno - sushilnye complexes stationary the open ZSK - 20 and ZSK - 30 type are intended for postharvest line processing of grain, leguminous, krupyany and other crops of food and fodder appointment. Initial humidity of the arriving zernovorokh to 30. The contamination to 3% , including the content of krupyany impurity is up to 0,5% . Exit of finished goods of 80% of total of a zernovorokh.
Depending on a type of the consumed fuel, complexes can be delivered with the zernosushilka working at gas or liquid fuel. Fuel for a zernosushilok of SZSh - 20G - 1, SZShM - 30G natural gas, and for a zernosushilok of SZSh - 20Zh - 1, SZShM - 30Zh - diesel or oven household.
Electric energy - alternating current of 220/380B ±10% with a frequency of 50 Hz. Complexes are efficient at air temperature - 10 … + 400 C, humidity - to 90% and pressure - to 850 mm of mercury.
Level of mechanization of productions - 100% . All operations on reception of lots, processing, drying and transportation of grain, holiday of finished goods and waste are mechanized.
