Description
The car zavarochny the HZM brands consists of a frame on which are installed the car case with a shirt, the drive consisting of a worm reducer, the electric motor and the flexible coupling with a casing, cases of bearings with bearings and covers.
In bearings the shaft on which blades on racks, plugs and bolts with nuts are installed rotates. Rotation from a reducer to a shaft is transferred by means of the kulachkovo-disk coupling. In places of an exit of a shaft from the case of the car cases with omental stuffing which is closed by covers are installed and drags on bolts. In the top part of the case there are two opening covers on one of which there is a loading mouth for loading of dry components, and on the second - an observation port with a cover. Also in the top part of the case there is a branch pipe for filling of liquid components in the car case. Discharge of a product is carried out through the drain branch pipe located in the lower part of the case on a sidewall. On the case of the car there are also two branch pipes for giving (discharge) of the heat carrier in the top part, a branch pipe for an exit (giving) of the heat carrier in the lower part and a branch pipe for full discharge of the heat carrier from a shirt. On a sidewall there is a branch pipe for installation of the safety valve.
The electric equipment of the car provides inclusion and switching off of the electric motor of the drive with work indication, protection against short circuits and overloads, and also protection against opening of covers in operating time which is provided with the limit switch installed on the case.
The limit switch switches-off the machine when opening any of covers. When giving food on the scheme illumination in the FEET button of red color lights up that designates - "network", and when pressing the START-UP button in it illumination of green color lights up that designates - "work". The basic electric circuit is mounted in the metal control panel. The control panel and the device for measurement of temperature with sensors are delivered separately complete with car and are installed in any place, convenient for work.
Operation of the machine is that the loaded components in the case of the car mix up the rotating blades, providing thereby a uniform consistence of mix. In car operating time in a shirt the heat carrier (water, steam) for heating or cooling of a product can move. Also steam can move via bubblers (if they are installed) directly in a product.
Falling asleep of loose components is carried out through a loading mouth on one of covers, and a flood of liquid components through the branch pipe located on the top wall of the case of the car. On the second cover there is a window for supervision over process of mixing which is also closed by a cover.
After final mixing of components mix merges through the drain branch pipe located on a car sidewall. For full discharge of a product the car is installed under an inclination about 1 degree to the horizon towards a drain branch pipe.
