X20H80 nichrom circle

Nichrom - very strong, plastic and steady against corrosion even in hostile environment an alloy from chrome and nickel. In it there is also about 1% of additives of other metals. From nichrom produce a wire and a tape. The wire is applied in rheostats and resistors, in resistance knots, in installation of any electroheating equipment to which requirement of high reliability is imposed.

Nichrom united the heat resistance and high specific resistance. It is applied at production of elements of heating devices as even at substantial increase of temperature its resistance does not fall. Thanks to plasticity, such wire is easily twisted in spirals which use for heat in electroheating devices. The durability of elements of heating is explained by durability of an alloy which, without being deformed, maintains big mechanical loadings, corrosion firmness in hostile environment and a high limit of fluidity thanks to what the wire can be the minimum diameter. Small density of nichrom: ³ design weight allows to facilitate 8,4 g/cm. The only lack of a wire it is possible to call its cost, but it is a hundredfold compensated by quality, reliability and durability
