Wires autotractor with polyvinylchloride isolation (further called "wires"), intended for connection of the autotractor equipment and devices with rated voltage up to 48 V, made for the cars calculated on operation in the conditions of a temperate, tropical and frigid climate.

CONDUCTING VEIN - copper, multiwire.
ISOLATION - PVC plastic compound for the PGVA, PGVAM, PGVAE brands;
for brands of PVA, PVAE, PVAMDE - heatresistant PVC plastic compound;
for wires of the PGVA, PGVAE brands performed by HL1 frost-resistant plastic compound;
for wires of brands PGVANG (C), PGVAENG (C) PVC plastic compound of the lowered combustibility.
For the PVAM and PGVAM brand isolation is carried out by thin-walled. Isolation of wires has the continuous or combined coloring which makes a reservation at the order. The combined coloring is carried out by a combination of parallel strips of two flowers, one of which the main. Auxiliary color has to consist of one or two strips.
The SCREEN - in wires of the PVAE, PGVAE brands and PGVAENG (C) over the isolated vein the screen in the form of a braid from a copper wire with a nominal diameter from 0,12 mm to 0,26 mm, tinned is imposed by tin-lead solder. For a wire of the PGVAE, PVAE brand and PGVAENG (C) performed by T1 a copper wire of the screen tinned tin. The screen of a wire of the PVAMDE brand consists of a braid or a winding a copper wire and windings with overlapping by a folgirovanny mylar tape.

TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS
Wires of brands of PVA, PVAE, PGVA, PGVAE, PGVAM, PGVANG (C), PGVAENG (C) are steady against influence of the lowered ambient temperature minus 40 °C, wires of the PGVA, PGVAE brands performed by HL1 - minus 60 °C.
Wires possess thermal stability.
Wires are steady against impact of change of temperatures:
a) brands of PVA, PVAE from minus 40 °C to plus 105 °C;
b) the PGVA, PGVAE, PGVAM brands from minus 40 °C to plus 80 °C;
c) the PGVA, PGVAE brands performed by HL1 from minus 60 °C to plus 80 °C;
d) brands PGVANG (C), PGVAENG (C) from minus 40 °C to plus 70 °C;
Wires of the PGVAM, PVA, PVAE, PGVA, PGVAE brands, PGVANG (C), PGVAENG (C) performed by T1 are steady against defeat by mold mushrooms.
Rack wires to blow, a navivaniye, a bend, cracking, influence of vibration loadings, influence of gasoline, mineral oil and defeat by mold mushrooms.
Wires of the PGVA, PGVAE, PGVAM, PVA, PVAE brands do not extend burning at single laying; brands PGVANG (C), PGVAENG (C) do not extend burning when laying in bunches.
Construction length of wires, not less than 100 m. Undersized pieces not less than 10 m long in number of no more than 5% of total length of the delivered party are allowed.
Average service life of wires - 10 years.
Warranty period of operation - 3 years.
