Wires assembly with the combined fibrous and polyvinylchloride isolation are intended for work at a working alternating voltage to 380 V for the sections of 0,12 - 0,14 mm ² and 1000 V for the sections of 0,2 - 1,5 mm ² frequencies to 10000 Hz and constant tension to 500 and 1500 V respectively.
MGShV - a wire with the combined fibrous ipolivinilkhloridny isolation, flexible.
MGShVE - a wire with the combined fibrous ipolivinilkhloridny isolation, flexible, screened.
MGShVEV - a wire with the combined fibrous ipolivinilkhloridny isolation, flexible, screened, in a polyvinylchloride cover.
DESIGN
CONDUCTING VEIN - copper a wire, tinned tin-lead solder. The twisted conducting vein of the 4 or 5 class.
ISOLATION - two layers of a polyester thread in mutual opposite directions and PVC to plastic compounds for wires of the MGShV, MGShVE, MGShVEV brands, for wires with an index ng (C) - PVC plastic compound of the lowered fire danger. (on THAT RB 500017371.046-2008)
- two layers of silk in mutual opposite directions or polymeric isolation in the form of a synthetic film or a continuous layer (on TU 16-505.437-82).
The SCREEN - copper a wire with a nominal diameter no more than 0,15 mm, tinned tin-lead solder. Two-core screened wires with in parallel the laid veins are designated by the p index (on TU 16-505.437-82).
On the isolated veins in MGShVE wires, MGSHVENG (C), MGShVEV, MGSHVEVNG (C) the general screen from copper a provolok with a diameter not less than 0,13 mm, tinned is imposed by tin-lead solder. Under the shielding braid it is allowed to use a polietilentereftalatny film.
The cover from PVC of plastic compound, wire MGSHVEVNG is imposed on the shielding braid of a wire of MGShVEV (C) - a cover from PVC of plastic compound of the lowered fire danger. (on THAT RB 500017371.046-2008).

TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS
Wires are steady against sinusoidal vibration, mechanical blows, linear acceleration and acoustic noise; to the atmospheric condensed precipitation, static dust, salt fog, mold mushrooms; to influence of gasoline, mineral oil and salty water.
Wires do not extend burning at single laying.
Wires MGSHVNG (C), MGSHVENG (C), MGSHVEVNG (C) do not extend burning when laying in bunches.
Range of working temperatures: from-40 to +70 °C (on THAT RB 500017371.046-2008), from-50 to +70 °C. (on TU 16-505.437-82).
The minimum operating time of wires - 10 000 h
Construction length of wires - not less than 50 m, is allowed delivery of a wire by pieces not less than 10 m in number of no more than 20% of the delivered party. (on THAT RB 500017371.046-2008), not less than 50 m, delivery by lengths not less than 5 m in number of no more than 30% of the total length of party is allowed (on TU 16-505.437-82).
Average service life of wires - 15 years.
