The assembly and welding stand is intended for assembly and welding of dvutavrovy beams up to 6 meters long with use of semi-automatic and automatic welding machines.

The assembly and welding stand consists from:

1. Main metal construction;
2. Tilter;
3. The automatic welding machine (ADG - the 630th productions of SELMA firm).

The main metal construction consists of the basis and a farm, represents a rigid design on which the frames of the tilter and a guide directing for movement for movement of the ADG automatic welding machine - 630 fasten.

The tilter represents itself the frame intended for assembly and welding of products, beams from 200 mm to 1000 mm wide.

Movement of the tilter across - 3350 mm

Rotation of the tilter with a product - 360 ˚ that allows to make a product from one installation (rotation is made by means of the electric drive through a worm reducer from the control panel).

The ADG-630 automatic welding machine is intended for automatic single-layer, multilayered welding by a steel electrode wire (diameter of 1,6-2,4 mm) and a powder electrode wire (diameter of 1,6-3,0 mm) in the environment of protective gases of products from a malouglerodistykha low - alloyed a staleyna a direct current, when welding butt connections (with cutting and without cutting of edges), nakhlestochny and angular connections, and also when welding the angular connections "in the boat".
