PURPOSE OF THE WATER-TO-WATER HEATER

Kozhukhotrubny heat exchangers, they are water-to-water heaters, are used in hot water supply, heating systems of household, public and production buildings and constructions. The heat carrier is hot water which arrives from industrial highways and heating systems of combined heat and power plant. The heater water-to-water is used also in other schemes where heating and cooling of liquid is necessary. And in the gas and petrochemical industry it can be used for cooling, heating and vapor condensation, gas and their mixes in various technological processes.


SCHEME KOZHUKHOTRUBNY OF THE HEAT EXCHANGER

Water-to-water heat exchangers represent not a folding section design which is increased by means of kalatches and transitions. It allows to provide the required thermal characteristics in rather big range. Pipe bunches of water-to-water heat exchangers are created from brass of the L68 brand and stainless steel. Average pressure is no more than 1,0 MPas, and temperature is no more than 150 degrees Celsius.

PRINCIPLE OF OPERATION OF THE WATER-TO-WATER HEAT EXCHANGER

The principle of operation of the kozhukhotrubny heat exchanger is based on transfer of thermal energy from hot water cold through walls of steel or brass pipes of the internal water-to-water heat exchanger. Water in the main pipeline makes advances water in interpipe space. Thus, there is stronger transfer of heat. If there is a change of the direction of water flow, then service life of the device calculated for 25 years decreases by 50%.
