Description
VTs 4-76 fan No.-8 with el.dv.22 kW
Fans radial (centrifugal) the low pressure of VTs 4-75 (BP 80-75) are used to movement of air and any nonaggressive gaseous mixes without existence of a rust and dust content of mix by fibrous materials or sticky substances no more than 0.1 g/m. Temperature of the extended stream of a working environment should not exceed 80 °C and cause the accelerated corrosion of materials of a design of flowing part of the fan.
Scope of fans radial low pressure of VTs 4-75 (BP 80-75):
- for air conditioning systems;
- for systems of ventilation;
- for systems of air heating;
- for systems with other sanitary and production purposes.
Design of radial fans of low pressure of VTs 4-75 (BP 80-75)
The fan consists of the following knots:
The design of the driving wheel consists of two disks with recurved shovels and naves. The bed of the fan is executed by welding. The basis has openings for installation on vibroinsulators or the base. To a bed fix the electric motor and the feedwell (casing).
The collector of conical shape for air intake to the driving wheel is fixed on an entrance branch pipe. Overlapping between a collector and a forward disk of the driving wheel is regulated by axial movement of a collector in an entrance branch pipe.
At the scheme of execution No. 1, fans are connected to the electric motor by means of a shaft, and at the scheme No. 5 - by klinoremenny transfer.
Principle of action of VTs 4-75 (BP 80-75)
Air or gas-mix drags on in the fan due to rotation of shovels of the driving wheel. Further, gaseous mix, arriving on the driving wheel, deviates on 90 ° in the radial direction and comes to a snail of the spiral case from where is thrown out through a fan exhaust.
