APPOINTMENT

The VSA-1 analyzer of production of CB Intel is intended to Sitova for wet and dry sifting of polydisperse suspensions and dry granular mixes with additional washing of material on sets or without it.

Possible scopes.

It is applied to definition of particle size distribution of materials in conditions of production and laboratories for control of processes of a grokhocheniye, crushing, classification, desludging.

The analyzer can be used on the following productions:

- at concentrating factories and cement works,

- at food and grain processing plants,

- in formula-feed, tobacco, chemical industry,

- in agriculture,

- in pharmacology,

- in production of metal and nonmetallic powders.

Sitova the VSA-1 analyzer corresponds to application conditions on GOST27707-88.

MAIN COMPONENTS OF VSA-1 AND THEIR APPOINTMENT

Sitova the VSA-1 analyzer consists of the case with the working vibrating flange on which sets are established sit a round (rectangular) form with a diameter of 200 mm or 300 mm. The maximum quantity of sets sit makes ten pieces.

Sit sets from one to ten pieces are fixed on a flange by means of a clamping flange and racks. Length of racks is regulated depending on quantity of used sit. For wet processes the top sieve and a bottom are equipped with a funnel and the union. The quantity sit, the nomenclature of the sizes of cells and diameters, covers and a bottom are specified at the time of the order.
