VK pumps
VK pumps (With, About) — horizontal vortex console electric pump units.
The pumped-over environment: no more than 0,01% on weight and no more than 0,05 mm in size are intended for pumping of water, neutral, combustible, toxic, flammable and explosive, aggressive liquids, gasoline, kerosene, diesel fuel, alcohol and other liquids by viscosity to 36 cSt, with the content of firm inclusions., with the temperature up to 105 °C, and also chemically active liquids with the temperature from 233 to 358 To (from -40 °C to +85 °C).
Scope: vortex pumps are used in systems of water supply, fire extinguishing, chemical water purification, heating and ventilation, in technological systems of the oil processing enterprises and distilleries, in systems of filling and depletion of transport capacities.
Vortex pumps make with omental consolidation (is not designated) also by double face consolidation (2 G are designated).
On material of the main details of flowing part vortex pumps are manufactured the following executions:
- And — pig-iron (temperature of the pumped-over environment from-15 to +85 C),
- B — bronze (temperature of the pumped-over environment from-40 to +85 C),
- To — corrosion-proof (temperature of the pumped-over environment from-40 to +85 C),
- AB — the case pig-iron, the driving wheel — bronze (temperature from-15 to +85 C).
Pumps of this execution with double face consolidation pumping of light oil products is possible: gasoline, kerosene, diesel fuel.
