Description
Victaulic valve
It is intended for opening, closing or regulation of a stream of the environment in the pipeline.
Rotary Vic® - 300 MasterSeal™ gates are intended for the range of pressure from vacuum to 300 futov/kv. dyuym/2065 to kPa, and also for bilateral operation, the deadlock modes to total working pressure. The gate has the patent design of a saddle providing consolidation on 360 °.
The saddle with the improved characteristics of pressure contracts to a necessary form at increase in pressure.
The saddle design also promotes reduction of the moment of failure of the MasterSeal gate.
The gate is available in sizes of 2 - 12"/50 - 300 mm and are offered with an assembly flange of the ISO standard for compliance to the majority of gear and electrodriving mechanisms.
Rotary Vic 300 MasterSeal 2 - 6 gates"/50 - 150 mm are offered with the 10th position handle which can
to be configured for uncountable number of applications with memory of stops and can be

Gates 8"/200 mm are offered with the locking handle which can be configured for uncountable number of applications with memory of stops and can be fixed by a padlock. The sizes 2 - 12"/50 - 300 mm are available with the switching mechanism and can be easily equipped in 3 - running knots. Rotary Vic - 300 Masterseal gates use isolation 2"/50 mm. There is an additional lengthening nozzle 2" if/50 mm of isolation are necessary more than 2".
The plug - in extender of an axis of a flywheel of long 4½ "/120 mm is available for gates of 2 in size - 8"/50 - 200 mm, and for the sizes 10 - 12"/25 - 300 mm there is a plug - in extender of an axis of a flywheel long 3½ "/90.
The available saddles have EPDM for work with water up to the temperature of + 250 °F of/ + 121 °C. Vic - 300 MasterSeal gates are also offered with constantly greased nitrile material which is recommended for work with oil, water, air and gas. Request special specifications of materials in various working conditions in the publication 05.01. For work with Victaulic gas recommends an option with the greased nitrile. Gates with a standard plate and a saddle of EPDM are certified on UL according to ANSI/NSF 61.
Victaulic also offers the protected option for rotary Vic - 300 MasterSeal gates of 2 in size - 8"/50 - 200 mm.
NOTES:
Gates with a padlock call gates which can be fixed by the lock for protection against unforeseen actions.
When using with the relevant systems of blocking it is possible to apply several padlocks. Zaslonkka can be recorded
the lock only in completely open or completely closed state.
The protected option is understood as ability of protection against theft, vandalism and other malicious action. Handles and other components
are mounted with the protective clips intended only for one - time installation. Attempt to force a padlock by method of its partial
dismantling it will be distinct it is visible. Zaslonkka can be recorded the lock only in completely open or completely closed state.
