Sieve vibration with high-frequency adjustable fluctuations of SV/VRK-600, SV/VRK-900 are intended for thin purification / enrichment of damp materials and various suspensions directly at preparation, pumping in the capacity of storage, and also in this or that technological process.
The design of a sieve provides self-unloading of a nadsetochny product. Designs with two grids and more are possible. Application of a sieve for thin cleaning of others liquid and bulks is possible. The design of a vibrosieve allows to organize cascade enrichment for improvement of quality with simultaneous increase in productivity.

FEATURES OF THE DESIGN.

Reception and drain capacities are executed in the form of the feedwell and a cone between which the ring with a grid is established. The feedwell and a cone are fixed among themselves by means of a hoop with the subsequent fixing of all assembly to the motor vibrator. The special design of a ring provides an effective tension of a grid. The motor vibrator and all design provide high-frequency vibration in three planes. Various combinations of designs of a cone and the feedwell including with self-unloading of a nadsetochny product are possible.

According to requirements of potential Customers, perhaps change of a design vibrosit also conditions of their application, and also "adaptability" to conditions of the existing technological process.
