Vertical bladed mixers vls

Are intended for preparation of multicomponent loose mixes with high degree of uniformity. Input of liquid components up to 20% of volume of loading is allowed.

At rotation of a shaft with the blades deployed at an angle the fluidized layer which allows to mix mix components quickly is created. Depending on properties of the mixed materials and height of a layer, the necessary mode of mixing is set by movement of the top pair of blades on a shaft (up and down). The mixer gets into gear after loading of materials and closing of a cover. Switching off of the mixer happens after unloading of materials.
The mixer is manufactured of stainless steel.
