COLOURS IN ASSORTMENT.

The vegetable grid in various color scale is provided for convenience of packing of vegetables on grades and storages. There are no strict rules, but generally:

Violet color - is recommended for packing of potatoes, onions, garlic, eggplants, cabbage.

Color of a Bordeaux - is recommended for packing of potatoes, carrots, red grades of onions, beet, eggplants.

Red color - is recommended for packing of potatoes, onions a leek, carrots, pepper, firewood.

Orange color - is recommended for packing of potatoes, carrots, onions, pepper, nut, apples, firewood.

Yellow color - is recommended for packing of onions, cabbage, potatoes, corn, nuts, pepper

Green color - is recommended for packing of onions, cucumbers, a root of a celery, nuts, corn

White color - is recommended for packing of onions, garlic, cabbage, new potato.
