Description
The Bathtub of Long Pasteurization (BLP) is intended for pasteurization of milk, cream and other liquid products, and also for souring, processing of cottage cheese and cheese clots, mixing of various components and receiving homogeneous mass.
The Bathtub of Long Pasteurization (BLP) represents the three-wall capacity (from stainless steel) consisting of the internal capacity, a coil of cooling, a water shirt of thermal insulation and facing, supplied disk for the gulf and discharge of a product, a mixer, sensors of control of level, temperature and the control panel. Heating and maintenance of necessary temperature of a product, can be provided how built in by Tenami, which in a water shirt, and the ferry via steam input equipment (the parovy bubbler). Cooling is made by cold, flowing or ice water depending on the specification of the customer (work under davleny is possible). The case of management allows to set and support automatically necessary operating modes of a bathtub of long pasteurization.
