Valve spring safety SPPK: description
SPPK - waste spring safety valves are intended for protection of various industrial equipment from inadmissible excess of the installed pressure. SPPK primenyayubtsya in industrial tanks, water-heating and other coppers, technical capacities and pipelines for automatic dumping of a working environment into the atmosphere (gas, steam) or the taking-away pipeline (liquid). After pressure decrease to the necessary limit the safety valve stops dumping. Calculation of capacity is made in accordance with GOST 12.2.085.

Pressure of closing of valves - Rz not less than 0,8 Rn.
Rn - control pressure (it is greatest, excessive pressure on an entrance to the valve at which the set tightness in a lock is provided).
Pressure of full opening of valves is equal:
- (Rn +0,5) kgf/cm2 - with a pressure of control from 0,5 to 3 kgfs/cm2;
- 1,15 Rn of kgf/cm2 - with a pressure of control over 3 kgfs/cm2 up to 60 kgfs/cm2;
- 1,1 Rn of kgf/cm2 - with a pressure of control over 60 kgfs/cm2.
Pressure adjusting (Rust) is an in advance established pressure on an entrance in waste the valve at which raising of a zolotnik of the valve and opening of the valve begins. The manufacturer makes adjustment of the safety valve on pressure of the beginning of opening without counter-pressure at the valve exit (dumping of the test environment happens in the atmosphere). At the order it is necessary to specify pressure of the beginning of opening (adjusting pressure) on which it is necessary to adjust the valve, it is also necessary to consider action of counter-pressure if it is available in system at the exit from the valve.
Valves with the bellow valve - the mechanism of balanced type that compensates action of counter-pressure at the exit from the valve. The bellow valve also protects a spring of the waste valve from harmful effects of the working environment raised or the lowered temperature of a working environment. Bellows-sealed valves from steel 12H18N9TL are intended for working environments with a temperature to minus 1100C.
On steel brands waste safety valves are manufactured in two executions:
1. the case - steel 20L, a zolotnik, a saddle - from steel 20Х13 (type 17c. U1);
2. the case - steel 12H18N9TL, a zolotnik, a saddle - from steel 12X18H9T with a naplavka TsN-12M (type 17nzh. UHL1);
3. the case - steel 20GL, a zolotnik, a saddle from steel 12H18N9TL with a naplavka TsN-12M (hp type 17. HL1);
4. the case - steel 12H18N12M3TL, a zolotnik, a saddle - from steel 10X17H13M3T with a naplavka TsN-12M (type 28nzh. UHL1).
The spring in all executions is made in accordance with GOST 16118-70 of steel 50HFA.
For check of serviceability of action in working order the SPPK R safety valves have the device for manual opening and a purge. SPPK valves - without device for manual opening.
The connecting sizes and the sizes of sealing surfaces of flanges of waste valves correspond to GOST 12815-80.
DN valves of 25 mm of PN of 100 kgfs/cm2 are manufactured with carving nipple and face accession: M48x2 on an entrance, M56x2 at the exit.
At the order of safety valves it is necessary to specify:
- name of a product, designation,
- size nominal (conditional pass) (DN, oo),
- nominal (conditional) pressure (PN, kgf/cm2),
- pressure of the beginning of opening (Rn.o, kgf/cm2) or number of a spring,
- execution on material,
- need of the device for manual opening.
Example of designation at the order (and in other documentation) the DN valve of 50 mm of PN of 40 kgfs/cm2 from steel 12H18N9TL with manual opening, pressure of the beginning of opening - Rn.o of 14 kgfs/cm2: Safety valve SPPK 4R-50-40 DN of 50 mm of PN of 40 kgfs/cm2 of Rn.o of 14 kgfs/cm 2 17nzh25nzh
