DESCRIPTION
Valves are electromagnetic small - sized three - running, intended for giving and production of air and gases in executive mechanisms of vehicles and an automation equipment. Valves are environmentally friendly production and are safe for health and life of people and animals.

- The valve electromagnetic KEM 10 (analog - KEB - 420) — is used in knots of rise and lowering of a platform of a body, opening of boards of the dump truck, inclusion of blocking of differential of the leading bridges, management of boxes of selection of power and a pneumosignal;

- Valves three - running KEM work at inert nonaggressive gases and on compressed air with purity it is not worse than the 9th class of impurity in accordance with GOST 17433 - 80, and also on compressed air of pneumatic systems of the vehicles supplied with a moisture separator and the filter.
- Valves work with a pressure at an entrance from 0 to 1,0 MPas. Nominal pressure is 0,7 MPas.
- Valves keep working capacity after influence of pressure upon a valve entrance to 1,5 MPas within 5 min.
- Valves are efficient at ambient temperature from minus 50 °C to plus 70 °C. An exception — KEM 04 - 02 and KEM 05 - 05 which keep working capacity at ambient temperature from minus 60 °C to plus 100 °C
- Valves keep working capacity at change of supply voltage within 90 - 125 from nominal rate.
- Reaction time of valves in a nominal operating mode (temperature of 20±5 °C, pressure is 0,7±0,1 MPas, rated voltage) - no more than 0,03 sec.
- Degree of protection of state standard specifications 14254 - 96 IP 67 valves.
- An operating mode of valves long "S1" in accordance with GOST 183 - 74, excess of temperature of a winding of the valve during the work no more than 80 °C.
- Resource operating time to the full not less than 3 000 000 cycles.
- Valves are issued in an all - climatic modification "About" in accordance with GOST 15150 - 69.
The manufacturer guarantees compliance of valves to requirements of TU 3742 - 001 - 40650966 - 01 at observance by the consumer of service conditions, transportations and storages established by specifications and the passport.
