The Valtsovy A1-BZ-3N machine for grain crushing
The Valtsovy A1-BZ-3N machine is intended for crushing of grain and intermediate products of grind of wheat and is used as a part of an equipment set at the flour-grinding enterprises with the increased exit of flour of high grades.
Characteristics
Machines consist of two autonomous half. The main working bodies of valtsovy machines are two couples diagonalno of the located grinding rollers.
Depending on technological appointment the working surface of the grinding rollers is carried out corrugated or smooth. The design of machines provided water cooling of the fast-rotating grinding rollers and a possibility of recutting rifly without dismantle of bearings.
Remote control of a halt and dump of the grinding rollers allows to stabilize the mode of a grinding and practically eliminates intervention of service personnel in operation of valtsovy machines
