It has been manufacturing sintering furnace for hard alloy, metal ceramics, magnet, MIM products and special oxide ceramics.

The sintering process condenses the particles into a coherent, predetermined solid structure. During this process, mass transfer occurs at the atomic scale. Single-phase powders are sintered at temperatures between 2/3 and 4/5 of their melting temperature, while multiphase powders (mixtures) are sintered near solids with the lowest melting phase.

Dewaxing process

In order to produce PM parts, the powder (powder metal mixture) is pressed into a near net shape before sintering. In order to reduce friction and pressure, paraffin, polyethylene glycol and other additives are added to the powder. They must be removed during the dewaxing process prior to sintering to obtain a nonporous and chemically predetermined material structure.

Sintering process

Sintering process occurs in the vacuum or protective gas, the temperature is appropriate. A clear, repeatable sintering atmosphere without atmospheric oxygen is important. Under certain pressure and temperature, the structure and chemical composition of the workpiece will be affected by the process gas feeding in the sintering process with argon, nitrogen, hydrogen, CH4, carbon dioxide and other gases.

The overpressure sintering

After vacuum sintering, argon of 6-10mpa is introduced into the furnace at the sintering temperature to further reduce the porosity and ensure the material quality of high-performance cemented carbide tools and other sintered parts.
