Vacuum oils VM-1s, VM-3, VM-4, VM-5s, VM-6

Vacuum VM - 1 oil, VM - 1s (TU 38. 1011187 - 88, amendment 1 - 4) - is applied as working liquid in high - vacuum paromaslyany pumps, in mechanical vacuum pumps with oil consolidation. The most important indicators for operation of VM - 1 oils and VM - 1s are viscosity, boiling temperature with a residual pressure of 0, 01 mm hg, pressure of saturated steam at 20 °C. VM - 1 oil and VM - 1s - is interchanged.

vacuum VM - 3 oil (TU 38. 401 - 58 - 3 - 90) - is applied as working liquid in busterny paromaslyany (diffusive) pumps of high efficiency, and also, in certain cases, in mechanical pumps with oil consolidation of the interfaced details. Well cleared mineral and some synthetic products are a part of vacuum VM - 3 oil. Distinctive feature of VM - 3 is higher (in comparison with vacuum VM - 1, VM - 1S, VM - 5 and VM - 5S oils) resistance to oxidation processes.

vacuum VM - 4 oil (TU 38. 401 - 58 - 3 - 90, amendment 1 - 6) - is applied as working liquid in forvacuum piston and lamellar and rotor pumps. VM - 4 oil represents well purified mineral (oil) oil.

vacuum VM - 5 oil, VM - 5s (38. 1011187 - 88, amendment 1 - 4) - are developed by deep cleaning from sulphurous or low - sulphurous technology of vacuum distillation, nefty with application. Vacuum VM - 5 oils and VM - 5s are applied as working liquid in high - vacuum paromaslyany pumps (providing lower residual pressure in vacuum systems in comparison with vacuum VM - 1 and VM - 1S oils), and also, in certain cases, in mechanical pumps with oil consolidation of the interfaced details.

vacuum VM - 6 oil (TU 38. 401 - 58 - 3 - 90, amendment 1 - 6) - is applied as working liquid in forvacuum piston and lamellar and rotor pumps. VM - 6 oil represents well purified mineral (oil) oil.
