On installation the following technological processes are realized:
- preliminary heating and outgassing of a surface of a product heaters and electronic heating;
- ionic cleaning, etching of a surface of products;
- deep plasmochemical processing of a surface of products;
- drawing by an arc method of single - layer and multilayered coverings on the basis of pure metals or their connections: nitrides, carbides, karbonitrid.
Height of a chamber is 600 mm.
Working diameter of industrial equipment is 500 mm.
Extreme residual pressure in a chamber of 8х10 - 4 Pas.
