Description
Horizontal vacuum carbonization furnace is applied for high temperature carbonization treatment of C/C, carbon fiber insulation material and high thermal conductivity graphite film.
Technical Features
1. The vacuum carbonizing tube furnace uses multiple temperature control zones which assures great temperature uniformity.
2. External circulation fast cooling system is adopted as an option, achieving short batch cycle.
3. Positive or negative pressure carbonization process is available.
4. It has treatment for the tar, solid dust and exhaust gases during the carbonization process.
