The vacuum evaporator is designed for cooking or evaporation at a pressure below atmospheric.
The vacuum evaporator can be part of various lines for the production of jams, preserves, baby food, fruit and vegetable puree jams, as well as for boiling masses in various industries.
The control panel of the vacuum evaporator contains the starters of the stirring device, the vacuum pump, the thermostat with the indication of the temperature of the product and the heating agent in the heat jacket.
The vacuum in the apparatus is controlled using a vacuum meter. The possibility of regulating the pressure in the apparatus is provided.
At the request of the customer, the vacuum apparatus can be manufactured in any configuration, with any type of product heating.
