Appointment
The vaccine is intended for prevention of an esherikhioz of farm animals and fur animals of cellular contents.

Structure
The vaccine contains the protective anti-genes of enteropatogenny escherichias occluded on an aluminum hydroxide: somatic (09; 078; 0141), adhesive (K88, K99, 987P, F41), capsular polisakharidny (K80; K30; K87), thermolabile and thermostable anatoksin.

Application
The vaccine is applied in farms, unsuccessful on an esherikhioza to vaccination of pregnant animals in 1,5 - 2 months prior to childbirth, and also pigs and lambs before depriving. An adult livestock of foxes and polar foxes vaccinate in 2 - 3 weeks prior to rutting or in the first half of pregnancy.
Before application and in the course of application bottles with a vaccine stir up before formation of a uniform suspension. In a cold season warm up in a water bath up to the temperature of 36 - 37 of 0C.
The vaccine is entered with an interval of 10 - 15 days taking into account a state and the mass of animals in the following doses intramuscularly twice:

Immunity is formed in 7 - 10 days after introduction of the second dose of a vaccine and remains at adult animals to 6, and at young growth till 4 months.
During the periods of processing of animals the vaccine does not allow a degelmentization within 7 days to and 10 - 14 days after vaccination.
Introduction of a vaccine can cause in certain animals short-term temperature increase on 0,5 - 1 0C and some oppression. In 1-2 days reaction disappears. On the place of an injection of a vaccine there can be an insignificant puffiness which resolves within 4 - 10 days.

Removal period
Milk and products of slaughter of the vaccinated animals use without restrictions.

Release form
The vaccine is packaged in bottles with a capacity of 100 or 200 cm3.

Expiration date and storage conditions
The vaccine is suitable for application within 24 months from the date of production on condition of storage in the dry dark place at a temperature from 2 to 15 of 0C.
