KERAMIZIROVANNY BASALT GRANULATE
The covering from keramizirovanny granulate gives to a tile the necessary shade and serves as "armored protection" for the lower layers. This especially strong mineral differs in zero absorption of moisture, protects layers of a bituminous filler from ultraviolet rays and mechanical damages. For production of a covering basalt granulate of rocks of special rigidity is used. TEGOLA applies granulate of three different fractions (sizes) thanks to what the layer turns out dense and high reliability of connection is reached. Basalt granulate in various colors and shades on exclusive technology of a keramization (is painted during roasting at a temperature of +640 °C). Such technology guarantees excellent firmness and a saturation of color throughout all service life of a roof.
NATURAL BITUMEN
By production of a flexible tile of TEGOLA only exclusive natural Tya-Yuana bitumen from Venezuela and the bitumen modified by SBS polymer is used. These bitumens possess unique physicomechanical characteristics in relation to other existing bitumens. The changed molecular structure above the specified bitumens provides exclusive resistance to influence of ultraviolet rays, differ in stability of characteristics at daily temperature drops, to an atmospheric precipitation and other adverse climatic conditions. All this guarantees the longest service life of a roof from a flexible tile of TEGOLA in any climatic zone.
FIBER GLASS
The flexible tile of TEGOLA possesses the powerful fittings consisting of a fiber glass layer. Fiber glass is made of the long high-strength fibers pressed and connected by insoluble pitches in water. Optimum specific "density" (weight) of the fiber glass used in production of a tile TEGOLA makes 100-125 g/sq.m. that conforms to high international standards (EN 544). The fiber glass made on the patented exclusive technology on 30 increases durability of a ready tile in comparison with analogs.
