These pipe-threading screw cutters with ChPU are machines with two-axis continuous interpolation. Machines are simple in use and are reliable in productivity and accuracy of processing. These machines can process metkichesky or inch carvings, direct or conical carvings, one-reverse or multireverse carvings. Machines are suitable for sredneseriyny productions of pipes with a big diameter in the oil and water industry, providing excellent return of ivestition. These pipe-threading screw cutters with ChPU steadily hold details while the cutting tool installed to the operated ChPU a radial support rotates around a detail. A design of a radial support with ChPU it was developed and patented by the SMTCL company, and, in comparison with screw cutters with the same opportunities, has bearings of a spindle of the small sizes, thus, the machine can cut a carving much quicker. As the detail does not rotate with a spindle, consumption of energy and noise level low.
Pipe-threading screw cutters use the automatic conveyor for shavings which works smoothly and increases overall effectiveness of work. On the machine two sets of clips are established: the forward clip is multipoint, and back – three-point floating. Two reezhim of a clip of these devices considerably reduce deformation of details, thus doing tokaro-screw cutters with ChPU suitable for processing of thin-walled tubes. At installation of the option hoisting-and-transport equipment, a detail can be loaded and unloaded automatically. The loading device is powered the engine with the frequency converter which speed can be regulated with the help of ChPU. The service hoisting-and-transport equipment can have the tilter with the step giving device, which can lay down ready details on the unloading shelf while other semi-finished detail passes processing. With the screw cutter and the hoisting-and-transport equipment it is possible to create the small production line.
