The nominal volume of a copper is 60 liters. Has three operating modes. Heating of water is carried out by way of "a steam - and - water shirt". In the absence of water in "a steam - and - water shirt" automatic shutdown of heating works. At plum of a ready - made product, the cover of a copper is fixed in the top situation. The discharge of a ready - made product happens by capsizing of a cooking vessel by means of the "manual" drive.
