Fraction steel cast 0,8-1,2mm, 0,8-1,8mm, 1,0-2,5mm, 0,3-0,4mm, productions of the Russian Federation, the certificate of ST-1, from a warehouse in Tashkent and under the order for the Uzbek bags.
Structure of fraction is the released, fine-grained and uniform martensite which provides the optimum specific impact strength and fatigue durability. This type of fraction is used when it is necessary to achieve effect of weight and the maximum recoiling for cleaning of a surface, and also for hardening of a surface (peening). The cast fraction - is most universal in application, gives a roughness with smoothed peaks (a hollow of a hemispherical form). When processing in cast fraction the profile of a surface is characterized by smoothed peaks, the surface roughness after processing is characterized by the minimum depth (Rz) and quantity of peaks (Rs) on centimeter. Has the maximum life cycle, thanks to high resistance to attrition and it is effective when processing details with remote cavities owing to the ricochet phenomenon.

The cast fraction is used in the drobemetny and bead-blasting equipment.
