Strategic management is such management which relies on the human potential as a basis of the organization, focuses a production activity on inquiries of consumers, flexibly reacts and carries out the timely changes in the organization answering to a call from an environment and allowing to try to obtain competitive advantages that in total gives the chance of the organization to survive in the long term, achieving at the same time the objectives.
