Solar a Split system for GVS and heating of the house

In a basic equipment "Standard" (GVS + heating) includes a Split system:

  •  Accumulative double-circuit tank with two copper heat exchangers
  • Internal tank - SUS 304-2B stainless steel (1,2-2,0mm, depending on tank volume); 
    External layer – the galvanized painted steel (0,55mm);
  • The workstation which includes: 

SR868C8Q controller; circulation pulser (WILLO); flowmeter; group of safety with the manometer, the safety valve and fittings for accession of a broad tank, gas station and washing of the closed thermal contour of a solar collector (collectors) and an accumulative tank; fastening on a wall, a broad tank (the volume of a broad tank – depending on volume a Split system);

 

  • The solar collector of SPLIT consisting from:

aluminum frame, vacuum tubes (with a three-layer high-selective effective covering) with copper thermal tubes (diameter of the condenser of 14 mm).

In addition it is required to you:

  • the special heat carrier (antifreeze) for solar collectors, efficient in temperature intervals from minus 60 to plus 270 degrees Celsius; 
  • the corrugated pipe from stainless steel connecting a collector to a tank;
  • heater on these pipes (ARMOFLEX) (for laying down the street, for laying on the room) 

 

The necessary volume of the heat carrier, length and diameter of copper or corrosion-proof pipes, quantity of a heater capable to maintain temperature to 200C – are defined depending on the extent of highways from collectors to the boiler (tank store).

 

 

 

 

 

IMPORTANT! It is necessary to understand that solar the Split system of the Standard system , incorporating only one accumulative tank (boiler), even with several heat exchangers, will not be able to provide you with GVS and heating at the same time

Split system on the basis of a vacuum solar collector. Also such systems call all-weather or separate. The principle of action of such collectors reminds work of installation of central heating. It is the closed system which can work under pressure of a water supply system. 

Vacuum solar collectors absorb solar energy, turning it into thermal energy. Due to solar energy this system is capable to provide from 70 to 100% of daily need for GVS for the household purposes and it is essential to cut expenses (30-100%) on heating of rooms. At the expense of vacuum of loss of heat in the atmosphere minimum.

Principle of work solar Split system:

The design of a vacuum tube is similar to a design of a glass flask of a thermos. The copper heating element with the boiling and evaporating liquid soldered in its plane is built in each tube. The solar energy absorbed by a three-layer covering of a vacuum tube will be transformed to thermal energy and transferred to a copper heating element. The vacuum tube together with a copper heating element (further - "a thermal pipe") is connected to the condenser which is in the collector absorber heat exchanger.

Under the influence of heat liquid in a thermal pipe begins to boil and evaporates in the top part where gives thermal energy to the heat carrier of the main contour of a tank for water.

Heating of the heat carrier of a heating contour comes in the second heat exchanger located in the top part of a tank for water due to transfer of heat from the water in a tank heated by the heat exchanger of the main contour. Liquid condensate in a thermal pipe after transfer of heat is released down and again evaporates. This process has cyclic character.

The receiver of a solar collector is made of copper with thermal insulation. Transfer of heat happens through copper "sleeve" of the receiver thanks to what the heating contour is separated from tubes.
