The rotor DeLaval HBR system is a rotor milking hall for milking from the center with a configuration of stalls "Fir-tree". The rotor milking hall is one of the most effective systems of the milking hall. The milking hall provides a smooth flow of the cows who are coming and leaving the hall. Cows should not move back back to a back emphasis or to an exit zone. The continuous flow of cows provides high efficiency. Each cow knows when she has to come on a platform. Invariable procedure of milking allows cows to feel safe and often stimulates release of milk. At traffic control of cows for each cow the individual approach is selected. Entrance gate open automatically, allowing a cow to come on a concrete or steel flooring of a platform. In standard system the gate of consecutive action is smoothly closed behind a cow then the cow becomes in situation, optimum for milking. There is an opportunity to feed cows during milking. The suspended part keeps at a short distance that simplifies its fixing. The single or double protective back emphasis ensures additional safety. The special covering of a surface of a floor promotes creation of a safe, pure and light workplace.

High capacity

Time of turn of a platform is usually adjusted approximately for 10 minutes, it depends on the average time of milking. The system can be also equipped with the option of automatic delay allowing to finish milking of cows before they leave a platform. Automatic removal of suspended part is carried out after completion of milking. Each cow quietly leaves a platform. At the exit it is possible to establish the sorting gate for division of cows if individual procedures are required for them.

Noise reduction

At installation of additional feeding in the milking hall the batcher, in process of passing of each feeding trough, measures necessary quantity of a forage. The wall around a platform reduces external noise. At the expense of it noise keeps from regulators, fans, the navozouborochny equipment, refrigeration units, etc. The electric drive turns a platform smoothly and almost silently.

Only one operator is necessary
