Technological process of production a sandwich of panels with thermal insulation from polyurethane foam (PPU) is divided into two stages. At the first stage the profile of sheet material with "thorn groove" locks is formed, at the second stage already under a press to be made filling of intersheet space a PUR panel sandwich by polyurethane foam which forms a heater layer. As thermal insulation only qualitative two-component polyurethane (PUR) of production Dow Chemical is used.
