Technological process of production a sandwich of panels with thermal insulation from expanded polystyrene is divided into two stages. At the first stage the profile of sheet material with "thorn groove" locks is formed, at the second stage already under a press to be made filling of intersheet space a PPS panel sandwich by expanded polystyrene which forms a heater layer. As thermal insulation only qualitative two-component polyurethane of production Dow Chemical is used.
