Purpose of the borehole pump ETsV 8-25-100The pump ETsV 8-25-100 - submersible, centrifugal, multisection with a vertical arrangement of a shaft is intended for rising of water from artesian wells for the purpose of implementation of water supply, an irrigation and other similar works.
The ETsV pump unit consists of the borehole pump and the submersible electric motor and is intended for rising of water with the general mineralization (the dry rest) of no more than 1500 mg/l, with a hydrogen indicator (rn) from 6.5 to 9.5, with the temperature up to +25 °C, a mass fraction of solid mechanical impurity - no more than 0,01%, with the content of chlorides - no more than 350 mg/l, sulfates - no more than 500 mg/l, hydrogen sulfide - no more than 1,5 mg/l.

Design of the borehole pump ETsV 8-25-100
The unit consists of the asynchronous electric motor and multisection centrifugal pump part connected among themselves by the rigid coupling. The rotor of the pump ETsV 8-25-100 and a rotor of the electric motor rotate in rubber-metal bearings. In the bottom of the electric motor the persistent bearing perceiving axial loading is located. On an entrance to pump part the protective grid filter protecting the pump from hit of large mechanical particles is established. The electric motor which is water filled with a short-circuited rotor, with a synchronous frequency of rotation of 3000 rpm. "The squirrel cage" of a rotor is made of copper. The winding of the stator is executed by a waterproof wire. Cooling of the electric motor is carried out by the pumped-over water.
Bearings of the pump ETsV 8-25-100 are greased with the pumped-out water. The pump ETsV 8-25-100 never has to work "dry" - even short turning on of the pump without water can lead to damage of bearings of the electric motor.
The pump ETsV 8-25-100 is equipped with the backpressure valve of dish-shaped or ball type. This valve, holding a water column in the pipeline at a pump stop, facilitates restart of the pump unit and protects wheels of the pump and the engine from the return rotation.
