Production of Consoles

The organization makes consoles for the contact KS-160, KS 250-25-UZ network intended for fixing and fixing in a certain position in space of wires of a contact network of one or several railway tracks. Consoles are intended for contact networks with the maximum speeds of the movement from 160 do250 to km/h.

JV LLC METAL-POLYMER TECHNOLOGIES it is certified by body for certification machine-building produktion at GP "TGTs and S" in national system of certification of the Republic of Uzbekistan, has the certificate of conformity on serial productions of the console for the contact KS-160, KS-250-25-UZ network. Consoles serve for maintenance of wires (with insulators) at the set level from a head of rails to support, racks of rigid cross-pieces, the arches of tunnels various consoles, arms, traverses fasten. Proceeding from a functional purpose and ensuring durability, in the general plan of the console classify by number of the blocked ways; to the constructive scheme; on a configuration of the bearing element and ensuring its bearing ability; to existence of additional knots — racks; isolation; to a way of fixing on a support; to material of which they are made; to a form of sections, and also on dimensions and power.
