Preparation Fluzamed

Fluzamed - antifungal means of group of triazole. Flukonazol - active agent of a preparation - is powerful selective inhibitor of synthesis of sterol in membranes of a cage of mushrooms. The mechanism of action is caused by P450 cytochrome blockade. Flukonazol blocks transformation of a lanosterol of cages of mushrooms in ergosterol; increases permeability of a cellular membrane, breaks its growth and replication. It is active at opportunistic mycoses, including the caused Candida spp., Cryptococcus neoformans and Coccidioides immitis, Microsporum spp. and Trichophyton spp.; at the endemichesky mycoses caused by Blastomyces dermatidis, Histoplasma capsulatum for prevention of fungal infections. The t is ½ about 30 hours. Communication with proteins of plasma - 11-12%. Concentration of a preparation in saliva and a phlegm are similar to its levels in plasma. Content in cerebrospinal fluid reaches 80% of level it in plasma. In a horn layer, epidermis, a term, stalemate liquid the high concentration exceeding serumal are reached. It is removed generally by kidneys; about 80% of the entered dose are removed with urine in not changed look.
