Preparation Deklosid

Deklosid - the combined preparation for external application used at treatment of diseases of skin. Action of a preparation is caused by the components which are a part - a beklometazona dipropionate, klotrimazoly, gentamycin sulfate and kliokhinoly. Beklometazona dipropionate - a synthetic glucocorticoid, renders anti-inflammatory, antiallergic, antiekssudativny, protivozudny action. Klotrimazol is derivative an imidazole. Has antifungalny effect due to violation of synthesis of the ergosterin which is a part of a cellular membrane of mushrooms that causes change of its properties and leads to a cage lizis. Gentamycin sulfate - the soluble antibiotic of a broad spectrum of activity of group of aminoglycosides in water, has bactericidal effect. Actively getting through a cellular membrane of bacteria, it is irreversible contacts bacterial ribosomes and by that activator protein synthesis oppresses. Kliokhinol has antibacterial, antiseptic and antifungal effect. Local action is caused by ability of elementary iodine to besiege fabric proteins.
