Polyethylene pipes for gas supply

JV LLC Plant Makhsus Polimer makes pipes from special polyethylene (PE-100) for the underground gas pipelines transporting the natural combustible gases intended for industrial and household use with a pressure of gas from 2 to 16 atm. These pipes are also applied to construction of the gas pipeline to metane gas stations.

In a type of lack of production of polyethylene raw materials for gas pipelines in the republic, RE brand polyethylene - 100 is delivered from abroad.

As polyethylene pipes easily are cut and cook, labor input of their installation is 2-3 times lower steel and vesyatv than 7 times less steel similar diameter. High plasticity of polyethylene pipes for gas supply and tensile strength allow to lay them in regions with the increased seismic activity and without special cathodic protection and isolation. They are not afraid of soil corrosion, do not demand cathodic protection, are issued in bays idlinnomerny pieces, demand smaller costs of transportation.

At the correct organization of works, the speed of construction of gas pipelines with use of polyethylene pipes for gas supply is two-three times higher than construction speed from steel pipes.
