Plates are foam-concrete

Today foam concrete is the most optimum material for conducting construction, that has enough parcels. First, the low cost of foam concrete, and also quite high technical characteristics which allow to build of it buildings practically of any appointment. Secondly, fine heat-insulating qualities which allow to reduce construction energy consumption many times.
Foam concrete perfectly is suitable for construction of small structures, thanks to the low density of material foam-concrete plates easy and strong, and also are not scattered from mechanical influence. These properties allow to use it for expeditious construction of buildings. In this advantage also one of the main shortcomings of material is covered - lightweight does not allow to build of it constructions by number of storeys more than 5-6, because of low indicators of seismostability. The construction armirovka from the lower level of the base to the very top of a laying allows to compensate this shortcoming. For strengthening of a design it is possible to use the usual reinforcing grid.
