Mestnoanesteziruyushchy means with the weak anesthetizing activity and big width of therapeutic action. Blocks a voltage - dependent sodium channels, interferes with generation of impulses in the terminations of sensitive nerves and to carrying out impulses on nervous fibers. Suppresses carrying out not only painful, but also impulses of other modality. At first under the influence of a preparation cold sense is lost, then the feeling of heat, pain and pressure consistently disappear. At rezorbtivny action the preparation exerts the oppressing impact on the central nervous system, weakens spasms of smooth muscles, release of acetylcholine from the presinaptichesky terminations oppresses and therefore possesses some ganglioblokiruyushchy action, in high doses can break neuromuscular conductivity.
The preparation also has hypotensive and antiarhythmic effect (reduces excitability and automatism, worsens conductivity). Action duration at infiltration anesthesia makes half an hour - hour. Action duration at other types of anesthesia depends on concentration of a preparation, its combination with solution of adrenaline and averages of half an hour till one and a half o'clock.
Indications to application
Infiltration, intra bone anesthesia; paranefralny and vagosimpatichesky blockade; freezing injuries (in the doreaktivny period); the hypertensive illness, late toxicoses of pregnancy with a hypertensive syndrome, phantom pains, stomach ulcer of a stomach and duodenum, an itch, neurodermatitis, eczema, keratit, iridotsiklit, glaucoma. Use also for penicillin cultivation.
