The tank a cooler of milk is manufactured of stainless steel of quality of AISI 304 and represents the closed cylindrical vessel isolated by polyurethane foam thickness on the case of 60 mm and on a bottom of 60 mm.
On a cover is the union and an obezvozdushivatelda 100 which is also an entrance for milk. The bottom of the tank represents the cooling evaporator of direct evaporation. In the lower part of the case the crane for a milk exit is built in. For a sink the tank is supplied with two washing heads and one head for rinsing. The hatch of 500 mm for free access to capacity is provided.
The stirring device providing good stirring of milk is installed in the tank without allowing formation of fat balls, the electronic level gage displays indications of volume of milk of the display. All indicators of work of installation of cooling of milk are highlighted on the display of the control panel. The panel is mounted on front part of a molokookhladitel and allows to set cooling temperature, to control process of cooling of milk and a sink.
