Magnesium sulfate

At parenteral introduction the preparation has the calming effect on the central nervous system (depending on a dose - sedative, somnolent or narcotic), oppresses a neuromuscular transmission (up to kurarepodobny effect), reduces arterial pressure, strengthens diuresis.

Indications to application

Convulsive syndrome at an eklampsiya and a heavy preeklampsiya, tetanus a uterus, an urination delay, lead colic, a gipomagniyemiya, including at the patients receiving only parenteral food, hypertensive crisis, the epileptic status, poisoning with mercury, arsenic, tetraethyllead (as a part of complex therapy).
