Active ingredients - paracetamol and an ibuprofen.
PHARMACOLOGICAL PROPERTIES
The combined preparation. An ibuprofen - a nonsteroid resolvent. Has anti-inflammatory, soothing and febrifugal effect. The mechanism of action is based on oppression of activity of a tsiklooksigenaza, the turning arkhidonova acid in cyclic endoperoxides that brings in the subsequent to braking of synthesis of prostaglandins. The preparation also interferes with release and manifestation to action of mediators of an inflammation. Paracetamol has soothing and febrifugal effect. M6ekhanizm actions it is also connected with inhibition of synthesis of prostaglandins, mainly in the center of thermal control in a gipotalamus.
PHARMACOKINETICS
Paracetamol at intake is well and quickly soaked up. The concentration peak in plasma is reached in 30-90 minutes. Gets almost into all body tissues, easily gets into a placenta and it is allocated with breast milk. It is metabolized in a liver, metabolites pharmacological are inactive, but at accumulation can promote a liver necrosis. It is allocated with kidneys mainly in the form of metabolites. The period of semi-removal fluctuates from 1,5 to 3 hour. At dysfunction of a liver removal of a preparation from an organism is slowed down that promotes accumulation of metabolites in an organism. The ibuprofen at intake is quickly and completely soaked up in a digestive tract. The maximum concentration in plasma of blood is reached in 1-2 hour, in sinovialny liquid - in the 3rd hour. It is metabolized in a liver about formation of inactive metabolites. Semi-removal period about 2 h. The main quantity is output with urine, mainly in the form of metabolites, other quantity - with bile. Practically it is not allocated with milk.
INDICATIONS TO APPLICATION
- a pain syndrome of weak and average intensity of various genesis (including a headache, a toothache, postoperative pain, algodismenoreya, pains at osteoarthrosis, backbone osteochondrosis, an ankiloziruyushchy spondilit sprain, dislocations, fractures, damage of intervertebral disks, gout, a psoriatichesky artropatiya, rheumatoid arthritis, a sinoviita, neuralgia, a mialgiya, lyumbago, fibrozita, tendovaginita);
- fever at infectious inflammatory diseases.
