Dry heat-insulating mixes VERMIDEK
Dry heat-insulating mixes VERMIDEK: Serves for heat and sound insulation of floors, a roof, external and internal walls and partitions. It is applied on a surface in the form of a coupler and plaster. Heat conductivity of mix in 2.5sm gives value from 0.17 to 0.3 Vt.m / To in a dry state according to laboratory examinations.
Advantage of plaster structure of "VERMIDEK" in comparison with the existing methods of thermal insulation of walls:
1. The plaster coat of VERMIDEK 25 mm thick has an average value of heat conductivity of 0,1733 W/m*K
Brick (thickness of 120 mm) - 0,85 W/m*K
Concrete plate (thickness the 150-170th) - 1,279 W/m*K
2. Lowers labor costs by 1 m ²
3. As ready VERMIDEK solution is much lighter than cement and sand solution approximately in 1,5÷3,2 of time, workers are tired less and quicker perform plaster works.
4. At plaster of smooth concrete surfaces of walls, on walls previously a thin film from tiled glue is applied by the roller, after drying plaster is made by structure of VERMIDEK.
