The design of corrosion protection begins with an analysis of the operating conditions of the protected structures, exposure to the atmosphere, exposure to chemicals, fresh or salt water, exposure to biological or radiation factors, extreme temperature, mechanical stress and other adverse factors.
Based on the analysis of these factors, the client is recommended the most optimal option for protecting building structures from corrosion, which consists of tests of paint and varnish materials by corrosion institutes, world and Russian experience in using paint and varnish materials at similar facilities, the possibility of application and subsequent repair.
The design of fire protection of building structures begins with an analysis of the degree of fire resistance of the building, the calculation of its own fire resistance limit and the calculation of the required fire resistance of building structures, in accordance with Russian legislation and the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Russian Federation. After that, the impact of aggressive factors of the operating environment is studied.
