URB-2A-2 elevator (spare part URB-2A2)

The elevator for pipes of 60,3 mm is intended for descent and raising of the tool, and also for screwing together and unscrewing of drill pipes. The elevator fastens on a rotator spindle by means of two threaded half rings, the plug and two semi-collars. The holder in which groove the lock is established is fixed in the lower part of the body by means of axes. Lock course size in a holder is limited to an emphasis. The lock in the closed and opened provisions is fixed by two spring fixers, besides, at rotation it is kept in a closed position by centrifugal force. During tripping operations the body is in the lower situation in relation to a spindle and the cams lays down on a spindle flange.
