The packing line is used in the automated packing of different types of dairy products (milk, kefir, yogurt, sour cream, desserts, syrkovy masses and other similar products) in plastic glasses, containers, etc.
Design and characteristics of the packing line "Master Milk"
Structurally packing line is executed in the form of a frame on which the box of management and the universal conveyor with replaceable cartridges is mounted. On a frame various filling and decorating stations are established (the form, and an order of placement is defined depending on a necessary type of production).
The decorating and filling nozzles are made individually for each customer according to his wishes concerning registration of appearance of production (dressing by rosettes, watering by jam, glaze; topping nut, etc.).
