The furnace baking electric HPE-750/3 S is intended for baking of the wide range of bread, bakery, flour confectionery and preparation of meat, fish and other dishes at catering establishments. The furnace has three independent baking cameras, with separate heating of sweat and the arch. The possibility of a parouvlazhneniye of the air environment in baking chambers is provided. The furnace is supplied with glass doors for supervision over process of pastries. The task of temperature of sweat and the arch of each baking chamber and time of pastries is made from the control panel. Temperature is maintained automatically. Upon termination of pastries the sound and light alarm system is given.
