Unit disk hinged ADN (Diskator)

The ADN DISKATOR unit is used as a part of a complex of cars in system of the main and preseeding processing of the soil on power - and to resource-saving technologies under grain, commercial and forage crops, and also hulling of an eddish, improvement of meadows and pastures.

ADN units are most effective when processing of the thrown fields, fields with poleglymizernovy, straw from corn, and also with vysokostebelny siderata. He guarantees more intensive hashing of the soil and the vegetable remains in the above-stated and more severe conditions.

Distinctive design feature of ADN units is:

1 - each disk is established on an individual spring rack. The disk at the same time carries out a role of a ploughshare and a dump that promotes the best turnover of the cut-off layer, its dyeing, and also decrease in the required traction effort of a tractor,

2 - each number of disks has a possibility of stepless adjustment of an angle of attack (from 0 to 25 degrees) and according to the worker of width of capture of a disk that allows to adjust more precisely the unit for works on different types of soils, at different weather · conditions for receiving the required result,

3 - adjustment of an angle of attack of disks from one position the central draft of each section allows to minimize temporary losses on readjustment of the unit,

4 - separate adjustment of an angle of attack of disks allows to adjust the unit for work with different angles of attack of the first and second section that improves quality of works on zadernyonny soils, reducing probability of clogging of the second section the vegetable remains,

5 - the spring rack prolongs trouble-free operation on the soils which are strongly littered with stones considerably reducing probability of breakage of disks and naves at arrival on an obstacle up to 150 mm high,

6 - a spring rack, vibrating during the work, promotes the best deepening of a disk and its self-cleaning,

7 - absence in a design of disk batteries with a uniform axis allows to work in the conditions of the increased humidity of the soil (to 40), at fields with a significant amount of the pozhnivny remains, and also on sites with any quantity of weed vegetation, at the same time winding on an axis of a disk and clogging of ranks of disks is excluded,

8 - the possibility of stepless adjustment of interposition of the first and second disk sections provides continuous processing of the soil and decrease in a grebnistost of a surface and the subsurface horizon at a depth of processing of any types of soils, and also allows to work with the minimum overlapping at each following pass.
